Made this for a dance party several months ago.
Used Unfitted blouse for the top with a short sleeve. I hand cut the short sleeve in oh so many directions to make it puffed and gathered.
I also added a organza football shape folded in half the long way and then gathered. this football thingy tells the gathering on the sleeve to stay that way and not collapse.
Used full circle skirt for the 3 skirts. 2 of them were made of nylon organza which I finished with a rolled hem and fishing line.
The pants were the semi-fitted elastic waist which I cut off at the knee and added ease all the way down the pant from waist to hem.
Bow was made using iron on stiffy which I formed and then sewed onto a hair clip. Discovered I managed to make the thing slightly off center after I had gotten it sewn but no one but me noticed it.
