I started at Weight Watchers 12 weeks ago and now down 13 pounds. I love their online tools and frankly since they work so well, just know they were designed by a woman. If you want it to do X, it does X.
The endo I saw today for my faulty back was pleased with the loss. Those around me everyday have not really noticed but anyone who sees me say once a month has commented on it. I feel really good about it whether it is noticed or not.

Congratulations Duckie. I have lost almost 50lbs on WW before using a combination of their online tools and meetings and have once again gained it all back. At this point, I am simply exercising and wanting to remain one weight, even if it's a high weight. I'm just so tired of see-sawing up and down.
Congratulations again!

In another week I will go back on my reduction cycle. In some ways I am looking forward to it - simpler meals and don't have to push my calorie count so high. It means that for the second Christmas and New Years (and my birthday!) I will be on a very restricted diet. No wine or champagne for me for a bit - oh well. My goal this time is to break the 150 pound target. I hope to do much better, but that would be a great achievement and I know it will help my body. Of course, I am now learning how to corral "jello", since as my body shrinks the skin is not reducing as quickly. So my sewing is pretty interesting right now also! Keep me in your prayers and thoughts, as all of you are in mine.
