Tried this new recipe today and it is a keeper!  I want to give credit for the source, but don't remember where i got it ... just one of the myriad of lists and newsletters that landed in my inbox last week.

1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c lime juice
4 t balsamic vinegar  (oops, I think I used 4 TBLSP)
2 1/2 t sugar
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 t sea salt
1 t garlic powder

6 thick-cut pork loin chops (I used thin chops)

In a resealable container, stir first seven ingredients to combine.  Add pork chops.  Seal container and shake to coat.  Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours. (I put it in a plastic bag and turned it over after 4 hrs)

Grill pork chops approx 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through on medium heat.  Brush marinade over meat during cooking process.

Discard remaining marinade.

Note:  I think this would also work well with chicken.
