This is at Gayle's request - aka Detail Diva...
Ingredients:
1 package Pillsbury Pizza Crust
2 Granny Smith apples (Peeled, cored and thinly sliced)
1 Vidalia Onion (sliced then quartered)
2 tablespoons butter or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. On a greased large cookie sheet, unroll the pizza crust. Carmelize the onion in the butter or olive oil and spread over the crust while warm. Top the onions with the apples evenly. Sprinkle with the thyme and brown sugar. Bake for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. Cut into squares and serve warm. Bon Appetit.

It is yummy!  Just the right blend of sweet and savory.

Kudos to Laura ... she didn't just make this recipe, she created it.
