Making a Variance in your Neckline

When you make a "variance to your neckline frame" (e.g. how far down you want to make it),
REMEMBER
you need to
apply
the changes.

The general rule is to change the width and depth first, apply those changes in the neckline tool. And then select the neckline and apply that.
