Kabob, Steak or Vegetable Marinade

1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup mustard (not dry)
1 Tbs. pepper
2 clove garlic, minced.

Mix all together. Marinade for a couple hours. For the 2 of us, I usually use 1/4 of each of the ingedients (other than the garlic).

mmmm ... this is a winner ... and at our house deemed a keeper!

we did strip steaks -- no steak sauce needed or requested   Grin

and zucchini/yellow squash ... very yummy!  I am so happy there are leftovers since I do love my veggies ....
